Supporting the cause for Cawes on Bowen Island

We are very excited to announce our second annual Musical Event and Silent Auction fundraiser: Be'Cawes We Care!

The event will be held on September 21, 2013 at The Legion and will include the wrap up of our summer long on-line silent auction, a 50/50 draw, nibblies, and liquid refreshments...and (most important) fantastic entertainment.

Our main feature: East Coast Celtic band, Lorne Warr and The Streels. Lorne is a resident Bowen Islander but he is and his band are known far and wide and all across Canada for their feet tapping, hand clapping, heart lifting musical entertainment. Also featured: Bowen's own Deer in the Headlights who will open the night and get the party started!

MC/Auctioneer, Graham Ritchie, will be on hand to entertain us while we make our bids. Even if you lose the bid, we guarantee you will have a grin on your face!

Doors Open 7:00 pm to allow early browsing of auction items. Concert begins 8:00 pm.

The event is of course in celebration of Bowen's furry and feathered friends, and provides a fun, musical way to raise funds for a great "cawes".
